Under the California Consumer Privacy Act (as amended by the CPRA) and similar U.S. state laws, you have the right to opt out of the “sale” or “sharing” of your personal information. WindowQuoteCheck may share limited information (such as your responses and advertising identifiers) with our marketing partner and advertising platforms, which can be considered a “sale” or “sharing” under these laws.

How to opt out

• Global Privacy Control (GPC): if your browser sends a GPC signal, we treat it as a valid opt‑out request for that browser and device automatically.
• Email us: send a request to [email protected] with the subject “Do Not Sell or Share My Info.” Include the ZIP code you used and, if possible, the email or phone you later provided, so we can locate your record.

We will process valid requests as required by applicable law (generally within 15 business days for opt‑out of sale/sharing, and up to 45 days for other requests, with possible extension). We will not discriminate against you for exercising your rights. You may use an authorized agent to submit a request on your behalf.
