WindowQuoteCheck is a free lead‑matching service. We are not a window installer, contractor, or manufacturer. We connect homeowners with independent, licensed third‑party installers (“Marketing Partners”) who provide quotes and perform any work. We are not responsible for the products, pricing, workmanship, or conduct of any Marketing Partner.
You must be at least 18 years old, a U.S. resident, and a homeowner to use the Site.
If you choose to request a quote, you may be asked (on our Marketing Partner’s page) to consent to be contacted by phone, text, and email — including by automated technology and prerecorded messages — at the number and address you provide. That consent is given on the Marketing Partner’s page under its terms and is not a condition of any purchase. Message and data rates may apply. You can opt out at any time by following the instructions in those communications.
We do not guarantee that you will qualify, receive a quote, receive any particular price, rebate, incentive, or result, or that any Marketing Partner will contact you. Any savings, timelines, or outcomes mentioned are illustrative and not typical, and depend on your home, market, and provider.
THE SITE IS PROVIDED “AS IS” AND “AS AVAILABLE,” WITHOUT WARRANTIES OF ANY KIND, EXPRESS OR IMPLIED, INCLUDING MERCHANTABILITY, FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE, AND NON‑INFRINGEMENT. We do not warrant that the Site will be uninterrupted, secure, or error‑free.
TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, WINDOWQUOTECHECK WILL NOT BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES, OR FOR ANY DEALINGS BETWEEN YOU AND A MARKETING PARTNER. Our total liability for any claim relating to the Site will not exceed one hundred U.S. dollars ($100).
You agree to indemnify and hold WindowQuoteCheck harmless from claims arising out of your use of the Site or your violation of these Terms.
These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Washington, without regard to conflict‑of‑laws rules. Disputes will be resolved in the state or federal courts located in the State of Washington.
We may update these Terms; continued use after changes means you accept them.
